    Hope someone can help I have ooznest workbee and have bought the recommended optlaser kit for my cnc but after installing all parts and wires etc the laser does not fit the magnetic bracket as it hits my spoilboard i have a mafell router and 18 mm spiolboard the laser is the plh3d-xt-hpairnozzle i have photos if neede,Can someone help and tell me what i am doing wrong as ooznest dont know as they dont do lasers only seem to recommend and optlasers i cant get them to reply to anything anytime anyhow.

    Hey mate, I had a similar issue when setting up my Opt Lasers kit on my WorkBee. The problem is most likely the clearance—especially with an 18mm spoilboard. The laser needs about 60mm working distance, so if it's hitting the board, you might need to adjust the mounting height or lower the spoilboard a bit.

    Also, make sure you're using the right magnetic mount designed for the WorkBee. Some mounts sit higher than others, which could be causing the issue. If you're stuck, I'd definitely reach out to Opt Lasers support—they’re pretty helpful.
