Looks like a pretty generic 1.5KW water cooled 80mm diameter spindle.
400Hz means it'll be ~24'000 RPM.
Getting one quickly is likely to be your biggest problem.
I'd suggest giving Dean (JazzCNC) a call, as he's not too far away, and might have something kicking around - https://www.jazzcnc.co.uk/contactAvoiding the rubbish customer service from AluminiumWarehouse since July '13.
