What are the terminal numbers on the VFD that the wires are connected to?
Green will be X1, which is an input, and I'd guess is used to switch the spindle on.
What are Yellow, Red, and Blue terminals?
Can you post a photo of the complete controller that you have fitted, or a link to where you bought it from?Avoiding the rubbish customer service from AluminiumWarehouse since July '13.
