I had a look a few years ago at the Chinese 3040 but never had the confidence to order one and wonder if the quality has changed over the years and would need advice.
I went to the Model Engineers Show a few years ago as the SME group were there building a CNC machine but the unit they were using was no longer available, bit of a waste of time but the coffee was ok.
Interest is only as a hobby although it could save a lot of gauging if I used it for linocut printing, a bit of a cheat though.
