I'm new to the forum and i hope its ok to ask for help!

I purchased a second hand axyz 6010 cnc with atc and icut software for contour cutting.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software for the icut but are running into issues. Please see attached and help / advice would be greatly appreciated
