CNC newbie

Hello all
i need help I'm quite new to CNC work but i have a problem short story my cnc dug way to far in to my wood went in to spoil board hit cnc table well it was a mess but i have looked and found out my z axis the rod sorry i don't know name for these things i think i need a new z axis anyone can point me in right direction i would be very grateful here is my machine and thank you
