Thread: Stepper motor problems.

Hi, I am trying to convert a milling machine to cnc. I am using a centroid acorn break out board. So far I have got one of the three stepper motors working fine. However one motor is only moving slowly and the other not at all, its locked up but not moving.
My questions are. Is this due to wrong switch set up on the stepper driver, the three stepper drivers are different. I know not the best idea, but it's what I had. Or is the slow and none moving motors down to lack of power. I have two power supplys feeding the drivers, both rated at 24volts.
Within the software all motors are set up the same.
Any one any ideas. Thanks
