    Hi there. I am new to the CNC world. I hope to love working with the new desktop CNC I recently bought. But am have some problems.

    I was trying to change the speed settings on VFD and mistakenly cleaned all the settings back to their default.
    The machine is an itech k6090t CNC with a delta sm300 VFD. It runs a 2.2kw water-cooled spindle, the controller is rich auto A11E

    If anyone has the setting that would be a great help.

    Thanks
    ben

    Isnt there a manual for the VFD somewhere? Where in Oxfordshire?

    So is that you dont know what the settings should be to allow the machine to run again?

    Yes, that is right. The machine was working. I was looking for the right setting to put back into the VFD. I did find some, which are below. But the controller does not seem to turn the spindle on. I am NOT sure if these are the right settings for it. That is why I was hoping someone would have them. The manual is a bit confusing to me as I am new to the CNC and VFD world.

    00.21=1
    01.00=400
    01.01=400
    02.16=2
    02.17=34
    03.11=101.0
    05.01=8.00
    05.02=2.20
    05.04=2
    05.03=23999
    06.06=4
    06.08=5.0
    07.01=40
    07.02=2.0
    07.03=2.0
    07.04=5.00

    The attachments dont work but Ive found a manual.

    00-23, is that set to 0?

    If you bridge the terminal for 'run', does it start?

    Are you giving it a speed reference and if so, how?

    00-30, should be set to 2 and then PR3-00 should be set to 1 (default).

    Why is 3-11 101 and not 100%?

    5.03 should be 24000 most likely.

    Might be worth me giving you a call to help. PM Me a number that I can Whatsapp you on, as you can then show me what you see etc.
