Anyone here run this machine ?

Having trouble operating clamps on this thing. I exclusively run in vacuum table mode, as no one ever provided any training on clamp use.

I did try to do it myself, which resulted in crash when rapid motion will not clear the clamp (rapid motion tool too low to clear).

Clamp top is 20mm thick, but it appears that rapid motion is about 5mm above material and there is no software provision to define rapid motion lift for tools...

I'm sure i'm missing something in the process of setting things up.

Machine has a switch on a console to toggle between clamp and vaccum modes, but as far as i know it only enables the air for the clamps, but not machining parameter change.

Software used is SPAI Genio v3 (autocad based CAM on winXP pc). There are no settings for rapid travel or custom rapid paths...

Manual to the machine doesnt provide any answers in this particular scenario...
