Hi all, glad to be a member. Some great information on these forums!
I am a fully employed mechanical CNC service engineer based in Lancashire, looking for freelance weekend work, preferably in the north of England.
Experience on most m/c makes and controls have worked for many companies in both servicing and maintenance roles.
I am competent with FANUC, SIEMENS and HEIDENHAIN controls and have experience on installations/commisioning/maintenance/repair/servicing both multi-axis CNC and a wide variety of conventional machinery.
Colchester lathes, Doosan, Hyundai, Soraluce, Hartford, Correa, Bridgeport to name a few.

Really appreciate you sharing a bit about your background, sounds like you’ve got a solid breadth of experience with those control systems and machines.
There’s always someone looking for reliable help, and I’m sure your offer for weekend freelance work will catch the eye of a few members in need of some expert hands in due time.
Feel free to post a thread in the Services Offered section too, if you haven't already, it's a good spot for putting yourself on the radar more directly etc...
