Software at what level? If you mean machine control, my belief is that most industrial machines have their own proprietary G-code interpreter, you wont find EMC2 or Mach3 there as a rule. Low-end commercial systems sometimes use Mach3. If you mean higher up the food chain, I dont think there are too many 'standards'...
