14-06-2010 #1Hi Guys, I need a few small parts made up. Theres no finishing required and they should be pretty simple. I need 4 Back cases and 4 Fronts:
The back cases consist of 1 internal pocket, 6 holes and then the part cut out
The Fronts consist of 1 internal pocket, 4 holes (lined up with 4 of the holes on the back case) and then the part cut out
I have attached the drawings. Looking to have these delivered by the 29th of June if possible.

You'll need to specify tolerances and internal radii on corners - you can't mill a square corner

Oh I forgot to mention that, for internal pockets I have allowed an acceptable radius of a 6mm end mill and tolorances of +/-1mm excluding drill holes where tolorances of +/-0.5mm required.

No, I havnt, I need whoever is making it to supply the material. It needs to be corrosion resistant aluminium. Possibly Marine Grade 6061
