  1. Strange, they should be 40V and 0A and 38V at 7A.
    Can you check the AC, maybe you AC is very high?

  2. I have just check the specifications and they are within tolerance so that is not the problem.
    If you bought the PSU from us, and it is within warrantee, contact me and i will replace.
