would it be possible to use one 35mm profile rail and one bearing block on a z axis the block is 70 mm wide x 112
dynamic load for block is 49kn
just a thought

This would work, but a masive overkil, you could do the same with one HGR15 and HGW15

It would be better to use two of the HGR15 rails.
The HGR35 would work, but it is better to keep the height of the rail as low as possible, so using two smaller rails would e better.Visit Us: www.automationshop.co.uk

For a plasma it would not be a problem, but a router it would be better to have two bearings per rail.
