Another new member from Kent!

Hi everyone, I'm Dave and I'm an alcoholic. I didn't used to be, until I tried to figure out this CNC business.

I'm looking to gain enough knowledge to build my own machine after buying a Heiz s400 around a year ago and spending many confused and frustrating hours working out why it's not as good as I thought it would be.

I've no previous experience of machining, so for the near future I'm just hoping to meet new people and pick their brains about the best (by which I mean cheapest) way to build a larger, quality machine. Hope I don't bug too many people!
