F*** Me!
They really are small.
Not entirely sure what I'm going to use them for*, but ordered a couple along with a G203V, since the intro price was just too good to refuse.
(*I do have a plan being churned around in the brain, but it'll be well into next year before I even consider getting started on it)

WOW !, i hadnt even noticed this post.
WOW !, lmao now they are small. I'm a lover of "Stealth'ing" things when i can and they look like they could allow for that kinda of thing. How much are they each ?
They would be so nice to use on the mill i'm making, i could hide everything !.Me

Cost me the sum of $37+vat+tax each, but that was only an introuctory offer.
They're now upto $69 each.

If you read the thread on CNCZone (145 pages, 1700+ posts!) you can get a good feel of the pain they went through to create these... the intro price was originally intended to be the final price... but reality got in the way... its a "warts and all" expose of the design and engineering process, but maybe not in Gecko's best interests to have gone into the detail they did.
The reason they are so small is they were intended to mount on the back of the NEMA chassis!

That plan is very much on the back burner.
Hardly touched any of the machines this year, as I seem to of been bogged down with websites in my spare time this year. Plus it's now that warm version of winter (I think it's meant to be called summer!), so I'm out riding my mountainbike most weekends, thinking up even more time consuming ideas in the process :-/
