I work only in metric, on occasion I've helped friends out who are using imperial drawings.
I’ve put together a Works spreadsheet to protect my sanity, how did I manage with those fraction thinggies?
It will also scale the dimensions if needed.
I've attached a screenshot of it. If you think it may be use to you PM me for a copy.
