Hi I have come across some issues with my coolant.
I have some bar feed problems, its an old machine.. anyways I am looking for a good Oil skimmer anybody knows any good?

six month ago i had the same problem an i have purchased oil skimmer from http://www.cncoilskimmers.co.uk
have a look at that :-)
coolant is now nice and clean

is good, u can try different belt ,they have few to choose

You could put some hose at the the end of that drainage to direct the oil to the tube.
Looks like want to fall back to the sump
what did u pay for it back then?

I paid 220 pound, free delivery. And few days ago I start thinking about buying another skimmer, so I checked ther website and now is 35 pound cheaper, so I think I will buy, it's really good quality and simple design. U can try if u want.

I would have thought a suitable sump baffle arrangement would allow tramp oil to be separated off, much like a gravy separator. You would have to slow the flow back into the sump and draw off the good coolant from below to pump back to do it's job. The tramp oil at the top could be drawn off the top and given back to the tramp (who I am sure would be very grateful).
