    Ok will try to get two images of this for you all to see(also will add files)
    Below are the pic of the dxf and the screen shot of solidworks.
    There are also the two files in raw state DXF and SLDPRT
    I have previewed this only so not sure how pics will look!

    Kai i did try a video but the free version video program Jing only allows 5 mins recording time so not enough time to give a demo.

    It does look a bit rough in DFX form, there are only 2 radii on the end that is the blend from the angle to the parallel bit at the front and the little bump further down all the rest are straight lines.

    Have you got a dimensioned drawing i could then draw it for you

    You should set the front face on the Z zero line you have it about 2/5ths down

    To produce code i would need to know what size cuts for roughing and finishing plus spindle speed and the feed rate you want to use

    I have uploaded a video of part of the process of producing a tank barrel using OneCNC its only 5 minutes so its just a taster i did this in a new thread here.
