heres what came ut f the automatic draw bar on one of our xyz vulcans today when we stripped it down. originally they were 78 belville washers to hold and release the tool holders. thought everyone would find it funny

Unfortunately I had similar a couple of years back, the small bearing on top of the stack siezed up and the heat softened the washers as opposed to breaking them.

The result was it let go the tool but not enough to release it, just enough to wreck the job and my underpants

it was suprisingly cheap fr parts though full drawbar assembly with all the washers , new bearings etc was about £230. considering the washers on their own were £187
