I've got an aluminium one I made from when I accidently ran the ballnut off the end of the screw and had to re-assemble it. That was a RM1610 screw - I guess the pitch diameter is the same for RM1605 but I'm not sure? Best check before posting...
Why do you need to take the nuts off out of interest?
