We have started a new site called www.cncmachinesetup.com where we are taking people through the setup of a machine and configuration in Mach3. Although this is generally aimed at our own customers and our own products we hope that the tutorials will be useful for anyone interested in this topic. At the moment I have got as far as writing guides for initial setup of machine and Mach3, calibrating machine axis and installation and setup of home switches. I am planning to follow on with the rest of the machine setup and then look at drawing/GCODE creation and the whole process for beginners to get started in this industry. We also then plan to cover a full guide of how to build our kit CNC machines detailing each step of the process from raw materials to finished product. I hope you find this of some use and please let me know any feedback you may have.
