Which end mill to level my acrylic bed?

I was going to offer to have a look at the board too :lol:. Lets see some photos first...

So now I have an unlevel bed - the only way I can think to rescue this situation is to use something like 6mm endmill & run that on a levelling routine ....at least the Z plane being out of tram shouldn't impact that too much....once my bed is level with the 6mm endmill, then the fly cutter back on to try & get my Z plane into tram....sound like a plan? (if so, can anyone lend me a 6mm endmill?!!!)

Sounds sensible to me. I'll post you a 6mm single flute carbide cutter if you like... they've useful for everything anyway.

Theoretically if you're just using the surfacing from the 6mm cutter as a reference to dial in the Z-axis you could just make the 6mm cutter cut a ring to save time. In practice it might be best to surface the whole lot anyway.
