To get 10" in the Y requires quite a big mill, heavy and expensive. Most of the hobby mills X3, SX3, WM16 etc are limited to about 6" in the Y

For some reason i associate routers with woodworking and mills with metalworking, but not sure where plastics fit in my scheme of things :)

Ok then, so what we really need is a router!

I have looked on ebay at the chinese models but am wary of the sellers (not many machines appear in their feedback) and also the build quality of those machines.

Any pointers would be much appreciated!
