    well here it is iamges if you want of the finished item just let me know and I will post some up

    So here is the video of my First aluminium cutting I must admit I quite enjoyed it

    for some reason I didn't video the V-carve shamfer on the brackets O'well you can see the finish and I'm quite chuffed to bits with my self.

    I am always open to comments GOOD OR BAD as this is the only way to learn

    in all with three tool changes and stopping to screw it down (30 min a lot of holes as well)

    Looks good james. .

    Tip: Get your self a small compressor and blow the chips away so they don't get re-cut, much better finish and far easier on the cutter. . . . OR . . . Better still do like I've just done and mount the machine vertical on the wall.:whistling:
