Well I've done it Yes I've cut my first aluminium on my CNC Machine and it feels good NO tool breakages and I think a descent chip-load to start with :rofl::rofl::rofl: I only cut .75mm a pass but it's a start the machine ran at around 1650 and a spindle speed of 1300 tool size 4mm endmill. I only made one mistake and that was at the start second tool change I forgot to raise the spindle up after screwing the work down but I am still quite new But I don't do this often in fact it's the first time I've left the spindle to low I will post a Video and Images later today as I have a friend coming around to fix his car
These brackets are intended for my X-Axis limit switches with adjustment
