Remeber you can't have inside corners at perfect right angles because of the cutter diameter.

Geometrically and for stress analysis purposes also, sharp corners create stress and weak spots. A nice 45 chamfer, or a fillet/radius over comes this.

Yeah I know this thanks. The cutter will create the radius anyway.
