Hi Wilfy
From a recruitment point of view some clients would take you on as an Operator on around £7 - 8 per hour then train you to be able to set the machine which means your hourly rate would go to around £9 - 10.
You will need to work your way up from the bottom unfortunately but there are a few courses out there to train you how to programme which will also help your earning potential.
Hope that helps!
Regards,
Andy @ Alecto Recruitment
