    Thanks for the offer but I'd already given up and got my son to TIG it. His welds are good but he's a bit generous with the rod so I have one hell of a filing job on my plate.

    Glad your sorted ,i went in for my ticket about 15 years back and havent touched tig since or id have offered,looks a nice job
