Have you tried electrolysis? It works great for rust removal but I have never personally tried it on old paint. The internet seems to think it will work though.

Were you trying to strip the paint off your homemade railgun again? I thought we warned you about that...

Wait for your missus to go out and stick it in the oven on highest temp! :)) then wack it in the dishwasher.

Hi Craig , I'm in Wigan, and I have a modelling shot blaster, if you can get down I'll be glad to blat the frame for you.

Still think best bet is drop it in to a shotblasters they will do while you wait a couple of mins for about a fiver.
Certainly my bead blaster running 10bar sand and glass mix would be tough going about an hour.
