Lee, if the indents are semi-circular shouldn't the dimension be 12.5mm? G.

Well yea i guess a plastic would be better, i'm also thinking now 18mm thickness would be ott as well so 10mm would be more than fine, i dont plan on anything heavy going on them. When i get my second machine up and running i could always remake them but if people want to quote for plastics thats fine :)
Ops, sorry the drawing was just a quick hash after dinner. Yea they need to be 25mm deep and 50mm wide would probably look more elegant, a small radius on the arc end points would be nice to.

Today I received the disks, below are the pics of them on the primed frame, just need to stain and seal now and get a topcoat on the frame!
Big thank you to everyone who offered to make them for me, it’s nice to know there is people willing to help others.
If there is ever anything I can do for you guys just let me know and I will do my best.
Will post the finished pics at the end
