So have decided to scale down to a small desktop cnc (400mm x 400mm). I could start chopping up my rails and ballscrews, but seems the wrong way to go about this...
I will compile a list of the stuff I have in more detail but roughly it is as follows;

2 x 2mt 20mm supported rail + 4 bearing blocks
2 x 1.4mt supported rail + 4 bearing blocks

1 x 16mm ballscrew (machined to fit nema 23 mount)
1 x 16mm ballnut

70v PSU and two drivers for the nema 34's..

Steve...
Am interested in the above, is the 1.4mt rail 20mm as well. What pitch is the 16mm screw and length and what drivers do you have.
