Just had an afterthought!
I am able to do CAD work/3D models etc for anyone who may require it.
Maybe in exchange for plans or even a look at their home build machine running.
Just a thought on how I could return a favour and get some practice in.
Lee,
is there a better thread to post that in???

Crazy, I have no need right now, nor my own machine, but what kind of Cad system are you running?

That is really nice of you to offer. Which do you prefer solidworks or autocad? I've been using solidworks and looking to switch to autocad but just haven't made the plunge. I also have an ebook copy of solidworks and autocad bible's if you would like a copy let me know. Sounds like you don't really need them, but I figured I'd offer it to you as a thanks for the nice gesture.
