send pictures via PM

Ok hows it done i thought id done it in the past on here without trouble maybe it was another site,i want to attach some images to a private message.
Im used to hitting the attach file, browse computer tab,select image,upload tab done.
but i can only see an image icon that asks for the url,i wouldnt know how to use that,thanks

I think we may have had a mod installed for this in the past, I know it been looked at on here before.

The other way would be to add the images to a profile album (yours, make one) then link to it in the PM.
