I am 110% sure this is not a mechanical overloading/blocking issue and have spent many hours cutting air investagating in failed attempts to identify what is happening.
So I've come up with a little drawing as a tester. Consisting of a 40mm square, a 40mm kite(diamond) and a 40mm circle.
It can 'air cut' square and kite three times faster than the circle. Funny thing it is always in the y- direction it stalls.
I am sure there is a clue in that last line but I cannot resolve this one.
Get the thinking caps on!
