Feeds and speed guide/pocket book

Hello all,

Can anyone recommend me a toolbox size pocket book with some guides for speeds and feeds with various cutters, tooling, materials etc, threading calcs?

I've looked high and low, the majority appear to be in the US with hefty postage costs attached. My former employer dished out Seco books for fun that was very useful for speeds, feeds, thread milling etc.

I've since moved on and no longer have one of these useful guides in my tool box.
