I'm not an expert in this but for a start I would use these settings.
sw1 - ON
sw2 - ON
sw3 - OFF
sw4 - ON
sw5 - ON
sw6 - ON
sw7 - OFF
sw8 - ON
In Mach3 put the "steps per" at 20
keep the acceleration and velocity low for now.
