Firstly, though it looks pretty, please use text colouring sparingly as most mobile forum reader apps such as Tapatalk don't cope well with colour.

Secondly, getting to your question, there's a great set of tutorial videos for newbies from here. Videos 4 - 7 are setup & use of a manual mill but are useful in terms of basic skills
