Thanks Jazz, I haven't considered leasing, largely because I have seen what leasing companies have done to friends startup firms when things didn't take off and they needed to cancel the lease. Images of vampires spring to mind Perhaps I am too cynical and there is such a thing as a ethical leasing company (along with unicorns and tooth fairies)
