And Tripe and cowheel I presume.......
My Gran would always head straight for the UCP tripeshop whenever we went shopping on Broad Street in Manchester when I was a child. Even then I knew it (tripe, cowheel and black pudding )was a delicacy I would avoid lifelong, confirmed in later life when our company won a contract to maintain the machinery at the plant in Eccles (turned out we were the only bidders, wonder why).
Yuck (wish I could find a "feeling ill" smiley).
Jeff (going green)Nothing is foolproof......to a sufficiently talented fool!
