Nope nothing wrong there all the Z retract and X & Y reposition moves are done at G0 rapid feeds. The feeds in the code are on the low side but I presume you have choose those feeds.?

Are you having this problem while it's running the G-code and changing position ie say cutting several pockets or when sending machine to Home position when finished.?

    Feed for 6mm single flute = 600
    Spiral down at 300
I thought that was about right in Aluminium ?.

usually both, but def when going between pockets etc...

I was hoping I could set the G0 moves alot faster than the Feed rates

G0 moves are done at the Velocity set in motor tuning. G1 moves are done at the commanded Feed rate ie G1 X36 F600.

If you have X and Y axis set at different velocity in motor tuning then any blended moves like G0 X300 Y50 will be done at the lowest velocity or some derived velocity based on both so both axis arrive at same point together.
If each axis moves separate then any G0 move will be done at the velocity set for that axis.

What is the velocity for each axis in Motor tuning.?
