Manchester area - need to get some experience

Hi All !!!

I'm looking for a small machine workshop where I could get some experience, working voluntarily. I worked a little on heidenhain and simens as an operator. No much programing only tool offsets editing, I would be interested with one-off or small batch.

Any one from Manchester area wouldn't mind to take a voluntary worker for a week or two would be great !
