Hi there, does anyone know how to realign the head/spindle on an Easiturn 3? I have one and it runs out quite badly.
The Denford site is as usual little to no help.
There's a couple of us wanting to know, so any information would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Nemo

hi i had the same problem if you take the small cover that gives access to the spindle off there is a caphead bolt in each corner of the headstock base if you undo them there is a small amount of movement in the headstock that will allow you to move the spindle side to side.

Hi,
could you please tell me what lubrication is required for the Easiturn 3 i am now rebuilding. I read that Mobil Vactra3 is ok for the centralised lube but what is used for the workhead spindle. It looks like the chuck end of the spindle has a grease nipple but when i removed the spindle bearings there was no evidence of any grease.
Regards
Colin

When i removed my headstock one of the bolts was sheared, so worth checking.
