Have dragged it out of my loft where it has been for ~50yrs

May not be what you want now that I have got it where I can measure it. I guess it is actually 5.5" od with .375 wall ( 149.5 x 9.6 )

I don't know the spec but it rings quite well and machines OK, it was an off-cut from the switch arms at a large sub-station.



~80mm would be £10 in the post.
