Now all i have to do is stop the machine juddering and all will be ok

What are you trying to do when it judders? Is it all the time, or just at, say, corners?

when you manualy move it you get a slight vibation and judder but when it is cutting letters and shapes you get a varying degree of judder which leaves me frustraighted.
