Hi Charlie
Looking good. Reminds me of when I did mine last year - glad it’s all behind me now!
On the ballscrew mounts if they are onto the bare metal ( the unleveled section) then you will have to shim them in later using something off the gantry or carraiges to get each end at them same height. Should be OK as you’ve done the hard bit which is getting the rail surface right.

The one i have is 2 x 25v so i was expecting more like 70v, and the drives are the 2DM860H so can handle the voltage ok
