OK so iv been trying to set up my 6040 cnc and to be honest i can run it and i have cut some MDF with it, but im not 100% happy with it. The problem i have is if i set the motor tuning to the recommended setting the steppers jam. To prevent this i have to run them at less than half the recommended settings.
