Hmmm. The larger piece should be ok, I work a cylindrical grinder and may be able to pack the face out a little if it is out to the bore but not much before the mag loses its strength. The smaller piece will be more tricky because the inner part of the mag does nothing. I could possibly hone the larger face and then skim the opposite face parallel but then I wouldnt be able to square up to the bore.
