Looking for quotes for machined plates to convert my Myford 7 to cnc.

Drawings of required parts can be seen on the links but i have also attached picutures of required parts.
Im located in malmesbury wiltshire, and am willing to drive to collect pieces, but im sure these parts can be posted.
