    Carberundom Stones will do a decent enough job but you will find it hard to get rid of the bounce (runout) of the wheel, the star (rotary) type dresser will give you better control of this with a little practice but make sure you readjust the rest afterwards to minimise the gap between the wheel. You dont want a tool being dragged down into the wheel!
